Taylor Swick is a proven litigator that began his career as a law clerk for the Arizona Attorney General. After completing his law degree, Mr. Swick joined Ryan, Rapp & Underwood as an associate handling insurance, family law and criminal defense cases. As a former lobbyist for the medical marijuana industry, he is highly knowledgeable in this new area of law. He also has extensive experience representing insurers in a variety of insurance defense cases, including construction defect cases, vehicle accidents and contractor defense. With more than a decade of experience as an attorney, Mr. Swick’s practice at Wilkins Law centers on insurance defense; medical marijuana law, business torts, regulatory compliance, zoning, civil and real estate litigation; and business, commercial and contract disputes.
Mr. Swick served as a Maricopa County Superior Court judge pro tempore and earned the Highest Pro Bono Distinction Level. He received his BA from Colgate University and his JD from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona, where he served as president of the Environmental Law Society.
